A Slim, Flexible 2-Way Design for Stereo, LCR, and Surround Applications

The Monitor Audio Silver On-Wall 8G brings the engineering of the Silver Series 8G to a slim cabinet designed specifically for wall-mounted systems. It combines a 6" C-CAM RST III mid-bass driver with a 25 mm C-CAM Gold Dome tweeter and can be mounted horizontally or vertically, giving it unusual flexibility for both music and home theater installations.

Used around a screen, the Silver On-Wall 8G can serve as a left, center, or right channel. It can also be used for side and rear effects channels in a multichannel system, while its 2-way configuration and full-range design make it equally suitable for wall-mounted stereo applications. Each speaker is sold individually.

C-CAM Drivers With RST III Geometry

The 6" mid-bass driver uses Monitor Audio's C-CAM cone material and RST III geometry, paired with the company's 25 mm C-CAM Gold Dome tweeter. A refined crossover integrates the two drivers at 2.9 kHz, with the speaker specified for an in-room frequency response of 44 Hz–35 kHz at -6 dB.

Engineered for a Slim Cabinet

Silent Flow Port Technology manages airflow from the compact enclosure, while Through-Bolt Technology braces the driver to help increase cabinet rigidity and minimize unwanted resonance. At just 5 5/16" deep with all accessories fitted, the cabinet keeps a low profile against the wall without requiring an in-wall installation.

Horizontal or Vertical Installation

The Silver On-Wall 8G can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientation, allowing the same speaker to fill several roles within a system. Three finishes—High Gloss Black, European Walnut, and Satin White—provide options for integrating the speaker with a room, display, or other Silver Series 8G models.
